Directions for Stroganoff:
- Open pouch and remove oxygen absorber.
- Bring 4 1/2 cups of water to a boil.
- Gradually whisk in entire contents of the pouch.
- Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes to thicken before serving.

The stroganoff is a great addition to the diet. I’ve used My Patriot Supply along with a few other companies, and the foods/seeds they supply for sale as a consistent portion of my normal diet. Due to health limitations from a brain tumor removal a few years ago the stroganoff is just one more wonderful addition to the diet along with many other things. Love the vegetables and fruits that are part of what is sold as going to the store is often not possible. The freeze dried foods have surely gotten me through some times that would have otherwise been very difficult. The sprouting seeds always ensure I have fresh greens that are very nutritious. Often to get more greenery, I’ll let the sprouted seeds grow to micro-greens. Regardless, I sure appreciate the help of My Patriot Supply’s efforts to provide all they do that enables people in my situation to live very comfortably and as healthily as possible.
