Shipping:

Since early July, sales of emergency preparedness food have skyrocketed 4-5 times above normal – because those who know what’s coming are using today to prepare. Over the last several weeks, orders have jumped as high as 10x above normal

Due to this extreme demand, for orders placed today, we will ship in 2 to 3 business days.

If your order includes one of the following, your ENTIRE ORDER will ship in up to 7 to 10 days:

  • 3-Month Emergency Food Kit
  • 6-Month Emergency Food Kit
  • 1-Year Emergency Food Kit
  • Gluten Free Food Kit

We do not ship or deliver on Sundays at this time. 

We provide FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99 to the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.95. 

We own, staff, and operate our own warehouses (no 3rd party outsourcing). Our three large storage and shipping facilities covering over 500,000 square feet (in UT, MO, OH) are working extra shifts to serve you quickly. And our multiple U.S. food processing plants are running daily.

When you place your order to secure your place in line, know that we'd be honored to serve you. Here's what's going to happen:

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email when you complete checkout.
  • When your order ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and timing of your delivery. 
  • The day of delivery, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a message saying your order will be "delivered today" and is out for delivery.
  • Once delivered to your doorstep, you'll receive an email saying your order has arrived! 

For Alaska, Hawaii, & APOs, we do not offer free shipping and rates vary based on the weight of the package. Expect delivery to your home in about 3-4 weeks via USPS. 

On occasion, there may be a short shipping delay due to an abnormal spike in sales, pandemics, national emergencies, natural disasters, national holidays, widespread power outages, and weather emergencies including hurricanes, blizzards, or airport/delivery service shutdowns.

Note that for shipping we primarily use UPS for delivery and they will only make shipments to a valid street address, not to a P.O. Box. The fact is, most of of our shipments are too large to fit inside P.O. boxes. A package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any My Patriot Supply or UPS Service or Delivery Guarantee, and may require an address correction charge. We reserve the right to ship large or heavy packages to your physical address.

 

International Shipping:

My Patriot Supply ships to Canada based on the weight of the package and custom rates using USPS. Expect delivery to your home in Canada in about 2-3 weeks. We do not ship to Puerto Rico and other countries internationally at this time. 

 

Returns:

We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, MPS will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Call us at 866.229.0927 for details. We are available 24/7/365.

 

Our Price Guarantee:

If we lower our online product price within 30 days of purchase, we will match our lower price, upon request, with an online store credit. One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed. MPS price matching does not cover third-party websites, retail stores, or other locations where the identical item may be sold.

My Patriot Supply backs all of the emergency food products it sells with a Product Quality Assurance Guarantee. We guarantee that your emergency food supplies will be free of manufacturing defects, both in the packaging and the food itself, for up to 25 years. Our goal is ensure you have an experience that exceeds expectations from start to finish!

 

Taxes:

MPS has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be recited on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R010417611.
