All things are not as they seem
"I first purchased a three-month long-term food supply from Patriot Supply—back when they were still called Patriot Pantry—about seven years ago. With my recent twelve-month "mega" purchase, I was making a significant investment that now brings me to a total of five years' worth of long-term food reserves. My goal was to rotate the new items behind my existing 25-year shelf-life supplies from Patriot Supply, Emergency Essentials, and 4Patriots. However, upon closer inspection of my recent order, I was surprised to find that approximately 3% of the total calories came from Land & Sea survival bars with only a 5-year shelf life, and Beyond Outdoor Meals with a 10-year shelf life. While the Beyond Outdoor Meals are tasty and high quality, they’re not ideal for deep storage when planning decades ahead. I returned to the product page and eventually found that not all items have a 25-year shelf life—but that detail was buried deep in the description, nearly eight pages in, and easy to miss. Out of curiosity, I checked my earlier purchases and found a bag of macaroni & cheese from that first order seven years ago set to expire this year. I cooked it—and to be fair, I think it would’ve tasted the same even after another 18 years. Clearly, shorter shelf-life items have been part of the mix for a while. But quietly slipping them into a kit labeled for long-term storage—without clearer upfront disclosure—feels misleading. When I contacted customer service to share my concern, I was told I should have read the ten pages of product details more carefully. That response, frankly, was disappointing. This experience was eye-opening and reminded me that I have a choice in where I spend my hard-earned money—and next time, it might not be with Patriot Supply."
2025 prep for the worse case scenario
"Covers just about everything you could ever think of . . flavor is good for what I've actually tried. . as always its not homemade or gourmet food "season to taste" but it will definitely hold you over and give you the calories you need to survive. . most meal portions are enough that you can feed at least 2 people from each meal prep if you follow serving sizes. . so you can definitely rest assure you wont starve in a SHTF Scenario :)"

Review of shipment
"I was very dissatisfied with the labeling on the buckets. I also did not receive a packing slip nor an invoice. The labeling on the buckets just showed pictures of what was in it. I thought the creamy wheat was in one bucket and it turned out to be rice. There should be a labeling under each picture as to what it is and how many packets of each are in the bucket. I finally had to give my email address to Mitch in order to check out what I had received. Now I am getting advertising because of my email address which was what I was trying to avoid. Also, when I received a copy of the order, it was for a three month supply not a mega one year supply. when I ordered, the advertisement was for 2500 cal a day, but on the bucket it said 2000 cal a day. This was a very time consuming project for me because of the labeling. I did order some extra veggies, fruit, and protein. They were labeled very well. I also want to say that each time I called Mitch he was very cooperative, but your labeling needs to be revamped. Because of all of this confusion, it makes me not want to order again."

"I’m glad I finally pulled the trigger on purchasing my one year supply of food. Ordering process was very easy and the delivery was extremely fast. The way I see it, in this depressed economy, and uncertain times, I look at this purchase just like an insurance policy.
