1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, place an order, sign up for emails or text messages, enter a contest or sweepstakes, write a product review, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. Such information may include:

• Identifiers and Contact Information such as your name, email address, mailing and billing address, and phone number.
• Payment Information, such as payment card and billing information. Payment information is collected and processed directly by third party payment processors and is not stored by us.
• Order and Account Information such as account username and password, order history, shipping preferences, and subscription details.
• Communication Information that you send us, including the content of your emails, chat messages, calls, product reviews, and other communications with us.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Website Delivery and Order Fulfillment: to provide, operate, and maintain our Website, process and fulfill orders, process payments, share product reviews, administer subscriptions, and authenticate your account.

3. Cookies, Targeted Advertising, and Analytics

We and third parties we work with use cookies, pixels (web beacons), tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Website and communications. These technologies help us improve and operate the Website, remember your preferences and cart, analyze traffic, measure advertising performance, and deliver advertising tailored to your interests.

We engage third parties to provide analytics services, serve advertisements, and perform related services across the web and in mobile applications. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We recognize the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) and other legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals. When we detect such a signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser or device. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting Do Not Track signals, our Website does not respond to them. This is different from GPC, which we honor as described above.

We also disclose de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Accessing or Updating Your Information

We may retain relevant information related to your account when permitted by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Opting Out of Marketing Communications

• Emails: You may opt out of promotional emails by following the opt-out instructions or clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email you receive from My Patriot Supply. We will continue to send transactional emails, such as order confirmations and shipping updates if you have any pending orders or place new orders after unsubscribing.
• Text Messages: You may opt out of receiving further text messages by replying STOP to any of our text messages.

Cookies

You may be able to adjust your browser settings to remove or reject browser cookies, though removing cookies may cause some features of our Website to not work properly.

Opting Out of Sharing, Sales, and Targeted Advertising

You can opt out of the practices described in the Cookies, Targeted Advertising, and Analytics section above by going to the “Your Privacy Choices” page of our Website and following the instructions on the page. We store and retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes for which we originally collected it, as described in this Privacy Policy, and for other business purposes, including to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. At the end of the applicable retention period, we delete, destroy, or de-identify the information.

Our Services and the Website are not intended or directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of, or engage in targeted advertising to, consumers under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, please contact us and we will delete it.

My Patriot Supply does not control such third party sites and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. 12. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Privacy laws in certain states like California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Virginia require additional disclosures and grant their residents certain rights. If you are a resident of one of these states, this section applies to you. For purposes of this section, “personal information” or “personal data” has the meaning as described under the applicable privacy laws of the state in which you reside.

To comply with applicable state law, including the California Consumer Protection Act, we provide the table below to describe the categories of personal information collected, our purposes for using the information, and the categories of recipients to which we have disclosed, sold, or shared it.

We do not collect sensitive information other than your account credentials, and we do not use or disclose your account information to infer characteristics about you. While we do not use or disclose your sensitive personal information, we partner with TrueMed to allow you to purchase certain products using qualifying HSA/FSA funds. If you choose to use your HSA/FSA funds with TrueMed, you may choose to provide sensitive personal information, such as health-related information, directly to TrueMed. TrueMed will process your information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We collect information from the following categories of sources: directly from you, from the third-party sources identified above, and by automated means. For more information about the specific data points we collect, please see Section 1, Information We Collect above.

We retain the categories of personal information we collect for the length of time necessary to operate our business and to comply with legal obligations as further described in Section 6, Data Retention above.

Sales, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

As described in Section 3, we use advertising cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, and we provide hashed identifiers to Advertising Partners (including social media platforms), to serve you advertisements on websites and platforms other than our own. Under certain state laws, these activities may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information or “targeted advertising.” In the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information sold, shared, or processed for targeted advertising in this manner are identified in the table above. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or in exchange for money. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of, or engage in targeted advertising to, consumers under 18 years of age.

Your Privacy Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, we provide some or all of the rights in accordance with applicable state privacy laws as described below:

Please provide information in your request that sufficiently describes what you are requesting so that we may properly respond. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. We may verify your request(s) by asking you to provide information related to your recent interactions with us, such as information from a recent order.

We will make every effort to respond to your request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of our reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding your request.

Authorized Agents

If you are submitting a rights request as an authorized agent, you are required to submit proof of your authorization to make the request, such as a valid power of attorney or proof that you have signed permission from the individual who is the subject of the request. California Shine the Light

Nevada Residents

Nevada law gives Nevada residents the right to opt out of the sale of “covered information,” as defined under Nevada law. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
