Global Concerns over COVID-19 Coronavirus & Unrest
Update: 12/2/20 7:05 PM MST
An uncertain end to 2020, a rash of additional COVID-19 state lockdowns, and an increasing number of shortages with empty shelves again appearing continue to spike demand for our emergency foods as we approach the end of the year. Americans are actively preparing for disruptions expected early next year, Dark Winter, natural disasters, power outages, and to avoid government food lines -- as they should.
An unprecedented number of orders continue to flow in. (We spiked to 100x above normal in February of 2020.)
For new orders placed today, expect your items to be shipped in the next 1 to 7 days.
Shipping on a couple of backordered items is delayed and we have posted a message on the product pages noting what those items are. We are shipping backordered items on a first come, first served basis to those who have placed orders and are in the queue.
Our five shipping facilities (UT, KS, VA, TX, FL) and multiple food processing plants are still running at 24/7 full capacity.
When you place your order to secure your place in line, know that we'd be honored to serve you. Here's what's going to happen:
- You'll receive an order confirmation email when you complete checkout.
- When your order ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and timing of your delivery.
- The day of delivery, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a message saying your order will be "delivered today" and is out for delivery.
- Once delivered to your doorstep, you'll receive an email saying your order has arrived!
If your order is being delayed due to backordered items, we'll email you with updates about every 3-7 days. We apologize for any delays and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Stay alert and safe, friends! And prepared.
