Surgical kit
I bought 2 of these to include in my existing first aid kits for home and car. The tools appear to be of decent quality for the price point, and could certainly help out if the need arises. Personally, I hope I never need to use a scalpel or sutures ! As always My Patriot came thru with fast shipping and a quality product.

The Kit
I bought this kit because I have had to sew a wound on myself and one of my kids in the past. In the past I used fishing hook and fishing line, it worked but wasn't pretty. This kit has everything you could need to fix a wound.
