- Open pouch and remove oxygen absorber.
- For one serving, mix 1/4 cup of strawberries with 1/2 cup of warm water.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or microwave for 1-2 minutes for rehydration.
- Drain excess water and enjoy!

Can't beat this company for having food that can be storage for 20 plus years. The food tastes amazing. I did order like 256 pouches of water which came in 4 boxes 📦 one them was damaged really bad and there was like 20 pouches busted. It says it can handle 200 pounds of pressure which has been tested by me but if you put 2 of these bags corners together touching they will totally start leaking but under then that I will probably order more!
