PROTECTION FOR THE REAL WORLD

• To activate this Disaster Replacement Warranty, we require that the Buyer opt in to automated SMS marketing messages found at mypatriotsupply.com/pages/warranty-program. The Buyer may opt out of these messages at any time.
• The Policy coverage period comes into effect on the date of invoice as recorded by My Patriot Supply. In the case of any dispute over the date of invoice, My Patriot Supply reserves the right to determine that date without providing documentation to the Buyer.
• The Policy period extends through the shelf life stated on each individual Product package.
• If no shelf life is stated on the Product package, My Patriot Supply will honor a protection period of 25 years from the date of invoice.
• The Policy period extends no longer than 25 years from the date of invoice for any Product.
• The Policy extends to Product damages incurred during a “natural disaster:” namely a flood, wildfire, tornado, earthquake, tsunami, or hurricane. My Patriot Supply reserves the right to determine whether an event qualifies as a “natural disaster” and to fulfill or deny any Policy submission accordingly.
• My Patriot Supply reserves the right to deny the fulfillment of said Policy for any reason[s], including but not limited to claims made on common household incidents (fires from faulty wiring, floods from faulty plumbing, etc.), incidents caused by a lack of reasonable foresight and care (Products exposed to the elements, Products stored unsealed, etc.), and damages incurred by force majeure or abuse, incorrect use, or abnormal use, as defined by My Patriot Supply.
• Products eligible for this Policy must have been purchased directly from mypatriotsupply.com. Products purchased from third-party sellers are not covered by this Policy.
• My Patriot Supply reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value or similar quality and caloric value.
• Any claim based on destruction of the Product must be submitted within 30 days of destruction.
• This Policy is void if any person has tampered with the Product in such a way as to reduce its shelf life (such as opening buckets or pouches to expose their contents) or otherwise damage the Product prior to the natural event precipitating the Policy claim.
• If requested by My Patriot Supply, non-compliant or defective Products become property of My Patriot Supply after replacement.
• No agent, distributor, or dealer is authorized to modify, adapt, or extend these Policy conditions.

All mentioned Policy periods and conditions are contingent upon access to the Product (which may include photos and videos) by an agent of My Patriot Supply including full and part-time employees, sub-contractors, and legal counsel, to verify possible non-conformance. Policy claims must be reported to My PatriotSupply with the following information provided by the Buyer (additional information can be requested):

• Product receipt/proof of payment
• Details of the damaged Products.
• Photos (and videos if possible) displaying Product damage.
• Description of the natural disaster that caused the damage, including any name given to the event(for example, a named hurricane, earthquake, or wildfire) and official documentation confirming the event, such as news articles.
• All information required to verify the original purchase, including but not limited to first and last name, email address, physical address, phone number, and credit/debit card numbers.

When a Policy claim is justified, My Patriot Supply will pay for shipping expenses. My Patriot Supply can charge the Buyer for returned Products that are not found to be defective or non-conforming, in addition to shipping and handling costs associated therewith.

The remedies included in this Policy contain the only remedies given by My Patriot Supply with regard to Products destroyed by a natural disaster and are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which warranties are hereby rejected.

These conditions set out My Patriot Supply’s entire liability and obligation to Buyer and the sole and exclusive remedy of Buyer related to damaged Products delivered to Buyer by My Patriot Supply regardless of whether this damage is based on a Policy not explicitly mentioned in these conditions, tort, contract, or other legal theory, even if My Patriot Supply has been advised or is aware of these defects.
