- How much sodium is there per serving. I'm on a low sodium diet and have to consider that.

- Could the Banana Chips be used in a Banana Cream Pie recipe? In other words, will they reconstitute? BTW, we love the all the products so far, minus a problem we're having with the Alexapure water filter can itself. It doesn't let out water unless I readjust the two cans each time I fill it.
