"Aloha, This flashlight is a perfect solution for me. Easy to work. It was easy to order, and shipping usually smooth. I had a number of items in my order it was somehow held up with the shipping company. But it was easy to call and speak to MPS support and verified a new tracking number. Everything then went smoothly, received the shipment today. All the support staff were great people, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Have ordered many times before, a few phone calls to get questions answered. Always great service. Magnet is weak!
"Overall, The flashlight works, but charging it from blinking red to solid red, took forever! When it was done, I tested it out and it worked fine but when I tried to hang it on my stainless steel refrigerator, it would not hold. The magnet is a cheap P. O. S. , I definitely will not be buying any more in the future as long as it is made with a cheap parts."

"I already bought 4 of these great flashlights, and always keep one in the sun on the dashboard of my truck fully charged. - no worries about dead batteries when you need a strong flashlight. These multi purpose flashlights make great gifts, so when I recently saw a 2 for 1 offer on them I ordered 4 more - for a total of 8. My problem now is, I was sent 4 a couple weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for the other 4 to arrive. I feel like I've been scammed. I've ordered a lot from Patriot Supply, including the big solar generator package that just arrived a week ago. Nobody's perfect and mistakes can be made, but it hurts when it happens."

"I ordered 2 car kits with the extras that included 2 flashlight, 9-in-1 LED Solar rechargeable . One of the flashlights was dead on arrival and wouldn't work at all. I tried everything but nothing worked. So I called their number, and after talking to Jessica the issue was resolved and she sent me a replacement, (as soon as I sent her some photos). This is a good company with excellent staff. Thank You"
Not happy with performance.
"I purchased two of these lights, thinking they would be useful during power outages. They probably are, but my problem is with the instruction sheet and the information therein. I tried to charge them, this time with my 1800w emergency generator outputting 2. 1w to the charging ports under the compasses. They were plugged in for 1 hour and 18 minutes this morning and, per the instruction sheet, they were flashing red the entire time. E-mail from ReadyHour indicates a 30 minute charge time, then the red light goes out. Never happened. Continued flashing. I have made other attempts at charging these lights with similar results. Is this a mistake in the instructions, or should the specs say "Red lights flash to indicate full charge" because this is the only condition I have encountered with these lights. Is there an answer out there??"

- Hello Rick! I am so sorry to hear that your 9-in-1 flashlight is not working as it should! Unfortunately, we do not have any troubleshooting to offer to fix this issue. It may have met life and it is just time to change it for a new one. If you wanted to send a video and the order number from when it was purchased, we are more than happy to see if there is any alternative, like a in-store credit that we can offer!

- When charging by usb it flashes a red light. Does the red light turn off when it's fully charged? Mine has been charging about 2-3hrs & still flashing red. Received it about 3 days ago.

- The flashlight uses a standard USB cable, not an iPhone Lightning cable. For your iPhone SE, you'll need to use your own Lightning cable or get a USB-to-Lightning adapter to charge it from the flashlight. This should work, but charging speed may vary.
