- Empty entire contents of pouch into 4 1/4 Cups water.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes.

Rice (parboiled long grain rice, enriched with ferric orthophosphate [iron], niacin, thiamin mononitrate [thiamin], and folic acid [folate]), refried beans (black beans, salt), modified food starch, black beans, chicken soup base (corn syrup solids, salt, corn starch, hydrolyzed corn and soy protein, rendered chicken fat, sugar, onion powder, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, spices, turmeric, dehydrated parsley, and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking), chili powder (chili pepper, spices, salt, garlic, silicon dioxide, ethoxyquin), onion powder, red and green bell peppers, cumin, non-iodized salt, cilantro, garlic powder, chipotle chile pepper.
